Use pencil to hold...
Fold Rexlace® in half...
thread the beads...
Use a pencil for holding 
the threaded beads in place
Bring ends over ...
Adjust and pull tight
Finish the ends by...
Bring the tails over and
though the last bead
Adust the beads and pull tight ...

 
Trim the ends
Replace the pencill with straw
 Trim off the excess ends

 
Replace the pencil with the straw
and use the remaining Rexlace® 
for hanging
